I may have missed it - have you had The Plague? That's life with a very mild case of Long COVID for me. Waking up every morning with the feeling in my bones of having put in a good solid day's work. Realising in the midst of chores that the rest of the job WILL be waiting until I've had a nap, and there's no way to bargain around that. And weirdest of all, waking from a nap to discover that I feel better, not worse, because it's what I needed. As far as I can see, that's the new normal for me, and I'm just grateful that I don't have it as bad as The Beloved.
