I'm tired (surprise, surprise, waking at 4am will do that!) and I'm trying to justify going home with some work for a sleep. I'll work after I sleep - promise!
I had poached egg with smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce for morning tea today. It was great! I'm spending a fortune on food because I can't work out what I could possibly want to eat more than 10min before I'm STARVING hungry. Which means my virtuous packed lunches have gone out the window.
Also, I don't trust the cheap sandwich bar wrt Listeria, so I'm justifying spending more money on GREAT food, because that way I'm less likely to cop listeria.
I did realise, after I ordered it, that the smoked salmon is probably a listeria no no. So I enjoyed it, a lot.
