i have fotos fro the ashmolean of those tiles... :)

ALSO have been keepign an ey eand ear out. have discovered there's a specific clay body for sale, it's designed to make tiles! working on glazes soon so i planned to work colour schemes. you'd best let me in on your plans if you want a hand ...

Our local Baron and Baroness (in Ontario) use These Thrones. The bottom is not unlike the one in the image you showed. You'd need to add the suave backs, of course. (The best feature of these is that they can be fully dismantled for travel!)
