My first (of probably many) complaints

mrsbrownFUCKING COMMONWEALTH GAMES!!!!!!!
Did they put up signs this morning warning that;
The Alexandra Gardens would be closed this arvo?
The Swan St bridge would have only one pedestrian/bike path?
The pedestrian bridge beside the MCG would be CLOSED!!!?
The bike lane on Swan St would be obliterated?
NO FUCKING WAY!!!!!
I have kept my eyes open, looking for signs. I have read ALL the literature put out by the organisers, I have read every web link I could find.
There is NO mention of any of these closures!!!
It's a good thing the cars I had to share the road with on my way home were in a reasonable mood. All I could hear in my head, as I provoked them all by riding in the middle of the lane, was, "Fuck you all, you're all bastards and I hate you"
Thankyou, I feel much better now.
