I had a good time, and it seemed like everyone else did too which is good. We need to work on our manners. Lords asking ladies to dance rather than standing out on the dance floor with hand outstretched, and leading the ladies back to their seats afterwards. More hats, more capes, more swords (Vic weapons legislation notwithstanding). Adds to the atmosphere. A bit more seating might have helped but there really wasn't room in that hall, if you get many more people next year you'd have to use a larger hall.
The food was good and in about the right quantity, and the mulled wine was an excellent touch given the weather. Having the large change room upstairs was a good thing too.
