Victoria
Commercial production of low-THC hemp for non-therapeutic use is permitted in Victoria, following the development of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances (Industrial Hemp) Regulations 1998. There are small pockets of production around the state however a lack of infrastructure for the processing of hemp fibre reduces the economic viability of these crops.

Queensland has processing plants and NSW is still conducting trials. ACT allows commercial production.
