The dating game
Mar. 11th, 2004 10:26 pmWhen I was single I could spend a pleasant evening browsing the boys on an internet dating service.
Tonight I did it again for old times sake. I still don't believe the men who write that they like, "walking along the beach, open fires and red wine?"
Anyway, you need a purpose when surfing these sites and I'm happily married. So I looked on behalf of my friends (girls only, sorry
vonstrassburg). They should check out Rockitscientist and timeshare. They seemed the best of the 80 odd I looked through. Am I on the right track?

Date: 2004-03-12 04:10 am (UTC)Sorry. I had to read through gritted teeth and force myself to keep going. This is not a way I feel at all interested in getting to know people, and this is a gut reaction to the medium, not an intellectual one I can reason myself out of. If this is the game I don't wanna play.
