There are too many people in my house
Dec. 29th, 2005 06:46 amI got up early this morning so I could write the careful email I have been mentally writing for the past 4 days. I thought I would have the quiet of the early morning. Huh!!!
There is a special radar that children seem to have for when their parents want to have sex. They usually wait until you've gotten to the committed stage and THEN they wake up. It seems a bit like that this morning.
My daughter got up - at 6.30am, having set alight something in her room (and extinguished it, she seems to be in a pyromaniacal stage), then my mother talked at me and now![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
mr_bassman has joined the early morning party.
AND IT'S STILL ONLY 6.40AM!!!!!!!!!!
I understand whymr_bassman is up - we emptied half our garage (and filled our backyard) yesterday and I hassled him last night to get up early so we can finish it out of the heat of the day. We're sorting the stuff out so we can find the wood filler and then we can finish painting the laundry. It's one of the times I've allowed a house project to grow - If we pull apart the shed and put it back together again, I hope to be able to find things for quite a while to come.
