what do you do on the day your return from Rowamny Festival?

You sit and read your friends list to skip 300
You read your email (via webmail because the internet/lan isn't working on my machine and I'm too eager to get reconnected to spend time fixing it)
you finally empty the car
put the whites to soak in the bath
mr_bassman fixes the leaking washing machine hose, finds the hot water hose is leaking too, makes soap and turns on the machine. It makes a disconcerting grinding noise. I think we need a new one.


Next I'll take Z to school to talk to his teachers and tonight I'll review my finances wrt to new whitegoods, 'cos we need a new dryer too.
