1. Happy Birthday sacred_chao

2. I get a headache if I go out on a site visit on a mildly warm day. I can keep it at bay if I;

eat at EXACTLY the right time
keep drinking
sleep when I get home
drink more water
take painkillers

3. Having kept the headache at bay, I still felt weird. So I had;

a packet of chips (for the salt)
and a cup of tea.

4. I didn't get a headache, but I've felt sort of spacey all afternoon and when I got back to work I had trouble choosing the right word when discussing stuff with people. I said "laundry" instead of "library" at least 4 times, and other times I had to pause while I searched for the right word.

5. I felt wilty enough that I took a tram home and left my bike at work. I've been on the couch ever since.

6. I still don't have my language centres back. Which is bad, 'cos I'm trying to update my CV to go for a job I discussed with a recruiter this morning. I promised she'd have it tomorrow..

7. Maybe I'll set the alarm for stupid o'clock when I'll have both my extra thoughtful and verbal morning brain and will hopefully have shaken this inability to get the words out.

8. If I can't get the words out, why is this post so long?

9. OTOH, I have avoided paragraphs.
