Saturday morning
Oct. 4th, 2008 11:48 amand I plan to do stuff.
The mental list I've been making seems to be quite cerebral, and I had thought I would plan to do stuff that would at least get me moving my legs.
I need a real list, so I've come out here, in my sunny backyard, to do that.
I want to draw up that kitchen I talked about, in Sketchup, but first I have to install it. Which means I need to get it from the stick in my wallet where I copied it from work. It's a free download, but it kept flaking on me on thursday night, so this seemed easier. I guess the move from this chair to my wallet can count as leg moving.
I want to install a new dog compost bin. Binka's production is too much for the one we made from a plastic rubbish bin, which will need some time to rest before we can fit any more in it.
I need to fill out the forms to rearrange my life insurance. I currently have four policies, one for each superannuation account I have, which I also need to rearrange, but only after the life insurance cover is adequate.
I need to sort out my finances after the very enjoyable flogging they recieved yesterday in the company of
sjkasabi. I now own a suit and a bunch of very nice shirts/tops, but I'm not sure if we can eat this week.
I need to come up with a worthy reply to my coworker, who seems to think that I am responsible to do somehting about making something happen. He doesn't realise that I've taken a leadership role without any authority and he could too.
I need to come up with the right way to sort out the question the crown has asked about Stormhold's kingdom coronation bid. Not as easy as it sounds.
We should go shopping, if only so we have food for Monthly Bash tomorrow.
I have some daylight modelling to do. It's not unreasonable to do it today - I had a lovely afternoon out yesterday, when I should probably have stayed at work.
Maybe I'll get some exercise if I vacuum the loungeroom.
And I still have time to decide to ride my bike down to the market, but probably not.
