So look at this. It was one of my pre christmas activities. I particularly enjoyed meeting the other flash mob as we came out of Myers.

And then be impressed by the undertunic I made for myself in 2.5 hours last night (I'll finish the side seams this morning). I've decided that I love flat felled seams.

This morning I'll be working at home and surviving the heat before we take Rose to enrol in kinder. It's only a bit embarassing that she'll miss the first week, but I'm sure she'll have just as good a time

Also, there's a weirdness on the BOM website. If you obsessively refresh this page it updates faster than if you use this page. I live about 2km from the Melbourne Regional Office. Don't believe the wind data for that location, it's on the edge of the city near tall buildings and a park with big trees. If you want to know what's happeining with the wind, you need to look at the data for the St Kilda Harbour RMYS.

It's 30.8 degrees inside and 33.2degrees outside. Should I close up the house, or enjoy the slight breezes? By the way, with the humidity level at 10% yesterday and 20% now, this is perfect weather for an evaporative cooler. Of course the water usage might be a problem, but not in our house where our average daily usage is about 60litres per person.

MrPeacock rang last night. The forecast for his location is 46degrees. He has a 3.5 hour leave in Wagga this afternoon, I hope he can get to a cinema. Although, he'll probably head to a bar, which would also be air conditioned. He learnt to shoot guns yesterday.

There, got that out. Now I can do some work before it's too hot.
