time to re-install?

Is it time to re-install your OS when your book marks disappear spontaneously and then so do all of your USB connectors? USB has taken over my life, I can't backup my pda, view the groovy photos I took today or print the map for the location of Arrowsreach fighter training so G can catch the train there - they all use USB. I'm just glad I don't have a usb keyboard.

Had a lovely evening avoiding work, eating Danh Hung and watching Due South with sjkasabi but the shit will hit the proverbial tomorrow, oh well.
