I feel like having a tantrum.

It's 5.30am, I think I'm starving hungry, but I'm scared that what I eat will make me throw up. I can't find any nourishing, easy to eat, tasty food in the house - that isn't toast or breakfast cereal. I ate my own weight (in bite sized pieces) of toast with tuna and alfalpha yesterday and I just tried breakfast cereal and I think I'm OFF milk again. I just feel awful. I'm hungry, but I don't trust myself to keep anything down, so I'm not inclined to eat. I think I'm in a bad headspace.
