Stomach update
Jul. 14th, 2005 07:51 pmIt doesn't hurt anymore.
I wake up and my stomach is fine. I have breakfast and the burping starts and I feel bloated and full. I feel bloated and full until about 10am, when I get low blood sugar and feel sort of hungry and bloated at the same time. I eat and then I just feel bloated again. That's pretty much how it goes all day. I eat, I feel bloated, I feel hungry/low blood sugar and bloated so I eat and feel bloated again.
There doesn't seem to be enough room in my stomach for the food in there. So I feel bloated and full, ALL THE TIME unless I haven't eaten for 10 hours. Taking the Gaviscon seems to take the edge off the bloating, but doesn't eally get rid of it completely.
At lunchtime today, I was starving, but had to wait for my sister to meet me for lunch. I ate a lolly and felt much better. I'm very tempted to give up on food and just eat lollies. Tonight's dinner was a single slice of raisin toast with peanut butter and a cup of aktavite made with lots of hot water and some lactose free milk.
I guess when I get home from my meeting I can have my last calcium intake of the day - ice cream.
I'm glad I'm taking multi-vitamins!
