3o'clock in the morning

It's disconcerting to wake to the feeling of being gnawed. To move, and feel little claws running across your elbow. To scream and turn on the light and find nothing there...
My elbow still feels like it has been chewed by tiny teeth.
For the sake of a good nights sleep, maybe I should feed my bedroom mice.
