Well, we went to Ballarat. Ballarat is a special place, because, while worrying about being warm enough, you also have to make sure you don't get sunburnt.
We wore medieval clothes and were mostly warm enough.
Unfortunately, I haven't got a definite plan for Rosie's medieval clothes, so I haven't made any. Oh yes, and I haven't been getting anything done lately either.
We wrapped her in two blankets, kept her head covered and put her portable bed thingy into full winter mode, with the hood and quilted top. She seemed warm enough.
The political stuff seemed to go well and I got out of the house for a while.
In fact, the trip was worth it to have dinner with my dad on the way home and find out that I'm going to be an auntie too. Now Rose will have someone to hand-me-down to.
