hmmm doushkasmum is home sick.

I have a major deadline tomorrow and I just had to leave work before I fell asleep in my keyboard.

I thought it's just because I'm pre-menstrual (my new menstrual diary says I have a 36 day cycle, blood due any day now) but if doushkasmum maybe I am too.

I'll use this space to complain about my flu injection site - it's lumpy, red and itchy. The instructions say this might go on for a few weeks.

I also have a scab on my knee, at just the right height to get knocked by my skirt hem.

btw - I tested my ip from work - it appears I have a working web server. I'll go sick and put on content as soon as I finish writing that specification this evening.

Hey, I was just about to write a rant about how premenstrual I am.

I'd like you all to go and get a flu vaccination.

I don't get them - after a couple of years of getting them, I realised my illness always got worse afterwards. last year I didn't get one, andI did not get the big winter decline that I had gotten in the years prior. So, i know that's not conclusive, but I'm not planning to risk it again.

Having said that, if you know it does you no harm, get it. Then I am protected because the people around me are. :)
