Had a lovely chat with a (male) colleague about this article. Nice to chat about feminist stuff at work and feel that what I'm saying isn't too radical for the listener.

The memorable part of the Sydney/[livejournal.com profile] vonstrassburg party weekend was hurting my back. I've had two days off work and was feeling like a bit of a fraud yesterday until I moved the wrong way last night and hurt it all over again. I really wanted to stay home again today but didn't. I'm gradually getting more movement and, after my physio appointment this arvo, it's stopped hurting all the time. Soon I'll get J to take the supporting tape off my back.

I left my keys at home today and had to wait for J to come home from work to let me in. I spent the time contemplating the state of the back section of my house. It's falling apart. I MUST ring the architect and just bite the bullet and spend a large sum of money fixing it.

I am feeling exhausted, but I tried sleeping and I can't manage it. I'll just have to study for my exam on Friday.
