Since the description says 4 bedrooms but each side is only 2 bedrooms I'd say the price is for both. But what do I know :) !
Very interesting though! It looks much bigger from the outside than the diagram implies.

Floor plans are always like that. The plan for our hose shows a "family room" large enough for a pool table. A vast, wide open space that would make an ideal place to while away the afternoon or evening, perhaps it would make a nice workroom/studio space instead if we put in a few skylights.

In reality, it is the space bewteen the end of the hallway and the back door. It is jolds a towel cupboard and f/all else. It is too small to keep a bycyle in if you want to use the back door or the toilet.

I'd put my money on each - the plan says 8 & 10 Marine Parade, and each house WOULD be 4 bedrooms if you added a kitchen/living area to the back like the god of real estate intended. And that would be more like what I thought was the going price in Abbotsford (my brother was looking there before he bought in Surrey Hills). But it'd be good to know for sure. I have emailed the agent to ask. If it really is the price for both, we need to MOVE on it. I'd be prepared to sell my flat in Fairfield to get two Victorian houses in Abbotsford, and I could probably just scrape up the finance, I would think.
