That house in Marine Pde

Mr B and I went and had a look. tenbears is right - it's on a postage stamp.

One of the two buildings has a builders meter board, so I think that's been sold and is being worked on. The backyard space is only about 6m.

The house across the road here is on land at least twice the size of that block and is likely to be $425k - MUC H better value.

Oh well. If I _had_ $800k, which I don't, hah, of course, I'd still be pretty interested in two terraced Victorian houses. Got a real thing for 'em. *sigh* That'll just have to stay in my fantasy life then.
