When I have completely finalised the size of tent and how much canvas I need.

When I've made the price comparisons and bought the canvas

when I've made the trestle tables for the Barony

When I've remembered to put tenbears in touch with the Baron so that the baronial pavilion gets new poles and tenbears is adequately compensated.

When I've remembered to put splodgenoodles in touch with the Baroness so the B can talk to Roy about some Baronial jewellery.
