mrsbrownIf I volunteer to look for this event I want the following things
An experienced crew who know how I work
Meat on a spit
Timing so that I can put chickens on the spit after the large roast beast
A good waste management plan including provision for compost
Serving dishes that suit the menu, not vice versa.
Division of the project into sub projects and the people to take them on.
