7am - wake up, a bit hungry
7.20am - eat dairy free porridge with currents, brown sugar and chardwarden
7.40am - cram a bit more in - it tastes yummy
7.45am - start to feel a bit sick, maybe that was too much porridge, first glug of Gaviscon for the day
8am - start feeling nauseous.
10am - a bit hungry, but mostly nauseous
10.50 - this nausea thing has been going for 3 hours!
11am - no nausea, what a relief
11.01am - what's for lunch, I'm starving!!!
11.30am - eat half of lunch (rice and stir fried vegies)
11.40 - a bit uncomfortable and burping, glug Gaviscon
12.00 - I'm starving!!!I don't want rice, I want roast vegie foccacia
12.25 - start eating ENORMOUS foccacia
12.30 - quarter way through foccacia, stomach says STOP!!
12.45 - hmmm, maybe a bit more foccacia, I finish half.
1pm - eeurgh! I feel bloated, More Gaviscon.

I've been feeling hungrier yesterday and today than I have in a long time. Now I'm worried I'm just going to keep eating and undo that hard won loss of 5kg. The thought of being 95 or 100kg at the end of this pregnancy is not very appealing.

Mmmm hungry

My mother went for hamburgers and vegemite. Which explains a lot about me I guess.

My mum ate black bread, pickles and herring....I dont think I'll say anymore given vonstrassburg's last comment!
