It's my RDO and I don't know what to do with myself.

I've given up on the hard disk for now - I've tried the obvious ways to use alternate superblock, and they're not working, so I'll leave it until I have another rush of enthusiasm for research and can spend more time sitting up at the computer.

The things I'd like to do are a bit difficult right now - it hurts to walk anywhere and walking makes the pain worse. This means I can't;

Go and shop for a new iron
Go and shop for a pram and baby sling
Go shopping so that my children aren't overcome by inertia tomorrow morning
Clean the kitchen
Clean my bedroom
Clean out the shed
Sit at the computer all day
Pull some masonite off the wall and ceiling of my kitchen to check my theory that there are Victorian lining boards underneath
Go to the Building Display Centre and sort out flooring options for the laundry/kitchen reno.

Being the sort of person I am, I now have to list the things I CAN do. I don't want to do them though;

Pay the overdue bills on my desk
Find my paperwork on my desk
Finish doing my tax return and start mr_bassman's
Ring builders and organise quotes for having them "just do" the bathroom/laundry renovation
Ring sub contractors and organise quotes for them to come in and do the bits I can't inveigle my friends and mr_bassman to do
Finish the documentation of the laundry/bathroom renovation that started with "I just want a clean toilet bowl to puke in" and grew.
Lie on the couch, waiting for inspiration to strike
