Shopping early, kitten choosing, uniform buying, school book buying and lounging around feeling hot in the afternoon.
We pick up the kitten tomorrow after he's been desexed, immunised, wormed, deflea-ed and microchipped - a bargain at $55.

I also picked up the calculator I left at my old workplace - they hadn't found it until now!!! Then again, I hadn't worked out that I'd really lost it until I finally cleaned up my desk just before christmas.

Date: 2005-01-11 12:16 pm (UTC)He's about 5 months old and started purring as soon as I patted him. He kept purring when I picked him up. The kids spent some time chasing a 7week old kitten around the cattery, but I managed to talk them out of adopting that particular bundle of energy and mischief.
I much prefer a proven affectionate cat to one we would have to train to affection.
